Hi, I’m Tania – Founding Director of Bay Haven Support

I started Bay Haven Support because I’m passionate about helping people live their best lives with the support they need. I’ve been working in disability support for over five years, from frontline roles like Support Work and Team Leadership to scheduling and home administration. This experience means I understand what good support looks like from every angle.

These days, I focus on leading and mentoring our amazing team, making sure every Participant gets personalised, high-quality support that actually works for them. I’m all about building a team culture based on dignity, respect, and accountability – values that guide everything we do.

I’ve completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Modules and training through National Disability Services, including Zero Tolerance: Human Rights and You and Individualised Supports. I also hold a current QLD Worker Screening, Blue Card (Working with Children Check), an open driver licence, and have a registered and insured vehicle ready to get where support is needed.

“I created Bay Haven Support because I saw how important it is for Participants to feel genuinely heard, respected and supported — not just scheduled into a roster.

For me, leadership means staying connected. I focus on supporting our team so they can show up consistently, professionally and with heart for every Participant they work with.

My goal is simple: to build a trusted, community-focused service where Participants feel safe, valued and confident that their needs are being met.”
